Kiss – Black Diamond
Black Diamond is a KISS song written by rhythm guitarist Paul Stanley, released on the KISS debut album KISS. Released in 1974, the song opens with a simple guitar riff before launching into furious riffs and savage drum beats. KISS would often play the song Black Diamond at the end of their concerts, often speeding up the ending tempo amongst a flurry of pyrotechnics.
Kiss – Cold Gin
Cold Gin is a song originally written by KISS guitarist Ace Frehley and sung by KISS bassist Gene Simmons. Gene Simmons in his flamboyant stage presence and huge true-life persona seems to embody the spirit of Cold Gin. Cold Gin was written about the aphrodisiac and stimulating effects Cold Gin was to have on the male sex drive.

Kiss – Deuce
As each band member was a contributing author to many of KISS‘s hits and classics, Deuce is such a song. Written by Gene Simmons, Deuce appears on the KISS debut albumĀ KISS, released in 1973-74. Deuce would continue to be a concert favorite, eventually becoming a KISS-classic.
Kiss – God Of Thunder
God Of Thunder appears on Kiss’s album Destroyer and the album was released in 1976. Also featured in the movie Halloween, God Of Thunder uses various sound effects including screaming children, explosions, and over-dubbed audience chatter. Even though the song was written by Paul Stanley it was ultimately sung by Gene Simmons when the producer thought his voice would do the song justice.
Kiss – Hard Luck Woman
The lead single released from the Kiss album Rock And Roll Over (1976), Hard Luck Woman reached number 15 on the Billboard. Originally intended for Rod Stewart, the song was kept by Kiss and sung by Peter Criss when Rod Stewart decided against recording the song.
Kiss – Heavens On Fire

Kiss – Let Me Go, Rock ‘N Roll
Let Me Go, Rock ‘N Roll appeared on the Kiss album, Hotter Than Hell, 1974. Originally the song Let Me Go, Rock ‘N Roll failed to chart on the Billboard following it’s initial release as a single. However the song became a staple at Kiss concerts several years later.
Kiss – Love Gun
The album Love Gun would be the last produced Kiss album that features the original line-up. Original drummer Peter Criss, would be replaced by session drummer Anton Fig for much of the Dynasty album.

Rock And Roll All Nite appears on the 1975 Kiss album Dressed To Kill. This KISS-classic song has become a ‘set list’ staple since its debut and helps define and give shape to an era of rock and roll during the 1970s.
