Once the MTV video was released a sudden hunger (pun intended) for other Duran Duran songs – thus increasing their popularity. The song Rio was one such benefactor.

Is There Something I Should Know was released as Duran Duran’s eighth single. When the much anticipated song was released Is There Something I Should Know had already opened at the number one spot in The United Kingdom.

The song Planet Earth was the debut single for the group Duran Duran. Planet Earth released in 1981 appears on their self- debut album Duran Duran, and was an immediate hit for the band in their country of origin England, reaching number 12.

The song Rio was performed by the group Duran Duran and was the seventh single to ever be released by the band. Rio was released on the album of the same name: Rio.
