The classic Ten Stroke Roll is performed by playing a number of double strokes in succession and culminating in the ninth and tenth strokes being single. Learning the Ten Stroke Roll requires patience, perseverance and practice. To make the Ten Stroke Roll rudiment a little more interesting incorporate the different toms or cymbals.
