Single Drag Tap also known as a Single Drag is a standard drum rudiment. One of forty drum rudiments recognized by N.A.S. The Single Drag Tap is two alternating drum hits, where the first hit is accompanied by grace notes and the second hit is typically accented. The Single Drag Tap is easily mastered once comfortable playing double strokes or diddles.
